The "Eyad Store" brand is used by two affiliated companies under common ownership. Each company conducts and receives the proceeds of its own sales as described below.

Eyad Store Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 72389769), with its registered office at RM 1307, 13/F, Kenbo Commercial Building, 335-339 Queen's Road West, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong, is the operator of eyadstore.gg. When you purchase a product on this website, your contract of sale is with Eyad Store Limited. Eyad Store Limited is the seller and contracting entity for all website orders, is responsible for product fulfillment, refunds, and after-sales support for those orders, and is entitled to all revenue from website sales.

PET CARE LINKER LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing No. 2023-001305666), with its registered office at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 8, Casper, WY 82609, USA, is an affiliated group company that conducts sales through seller accounts registered to it on third-party marketplaces, including Gamivo, G2A, Eneba, Driffle, and U7Buy. Subject to each marketplace's applicable terms, PET CARE LINKER LLC is the seller or merchant for those marketplace sales, is responsible for fulfillment, refunds, and after-sales support for its marketplace orders, and is entitled to the related marketplace settlement proceeds. PET CARE LINKER LLC is not a party to purchases made on eyadstore.gg and does not receive proceeds from website sales.

Payments for purchases on eyadstore.gg are accepted for Eyad Store Limited and processed by third-party payment providers under Eyad Store Limited's merchant arrangements. Payments for PET CARE LINKER LLC's marketplace sales are collected and settled by the applicable marketplace for those sales. Neither company provides payment processing, payment aggregation, merchant acquiring, money transmission, or payment collection services to the other company or to third-party merchants.

By accessing or using eyadstore.gg, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases on our platform. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Eyad Store offers digital goods including in-game currencies, top-up services, gift cards, game keys, digital subscriptions, and related digital products. All items are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped.

All inventory is sourced exclusively from authorized distributors and official or licensed supply channels. We deal only in legitimately obtained digital goods — we do not offer hacked, stolen, exploited, or illegitimately obtained items, and we do not engage in the buying, selling, or trading of user accounts.

Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, but do not guarantee that all details are error-free at all times.

Certain products may be region-locked or subject to publisher restrictions. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your account, platform, or region before purchasing.

In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will offer a full refund or a comparable alternative at your choice.

All prices displayed on our platform are in the selected currency and include applicable fees unless otherwise stated. The final amount shown at checkout is the total you will be charged.

Prices may vary depending on your selected payment method due to processor fees, currency conversion rates, or regional pricing adjustments. We clearly display any such variations before you confirm your purchase.

Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in order cancellation and a full refund to the original payment method.

You further agree not to use our platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, funding illegal activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law or the acceptable-use policies of our payment providers and the card networks. We monitor transactions for these risks and cooperate with our payment partners on fraud prevention and compliance.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, forfeiture of any delivered goods, and potential legal action.

All content on eyadstore.gg — including branding, logos, product descriptions, images, code, and design — is the property of Eyad Store Limited or used under license. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Game titles, publisher names, and related trademarks mentioned on our platform belong to their respective owners and are used solely for product identification purposes.

Eyad Store provides digital goods on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service and timely delivery, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that deliveries will always be instant.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyad Store Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

If we are unable to reach a resolution through direct communication, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
